Cantor Arik Luck

Kol Emet: The Jewish Music Project presents Cantor Arik Luck depicting the life and times of Moishe Oysher, Yiddish cinema and theatre superstar and one of the greatest cantors of the 20th century; with the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band and Kol Zimrah, The Jewish Community Singers.

Cantor Arik Luck received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama in acting and musical theatre, and after pursuing theater work, realized he needed to make a professional change.  He joined Beth Emet in July, 2009 after receiving his masters of sacred music and cantorial investiture from Hebrew Union College.
